Common setup questions
I can see the setup screen, but not my shifts
Open the personal link generated after checking your data file. If you saved the general setup link, paste your own spreadsheet copy’s link again to reconnect.
ShiftFlow cannot open my file
Make sure Google is signed into the account that owns or can access your copy. Use your own template copy, rather than the original. Do not make your personal data file public to fix an access problem.
Google keeps switching accounts
Try a browser session signed into only the Google account you use for ShiftFlow. Keep your personal app link bookmarked in that session.
My expected earnings look different from my payslip
Check the dates, rate and unpaid breaks you entered. Expected earnings are estimates; tax, deductions and payroll rules are not included.
