Hello, new week.
A little planning goes a long way.

Review paid hours and expected earnings, with support for shifts that cross midnight.
Your app. Your private data.
You use ShiftFlow to add and view shifts. Your own Google Sheets copy stores the records behind the app; you do not need to work in the spreadsheet for everyday shift tracking.
A SIMPLE START
Set up once.
Open from your phone.
ShiftFlow is a web app. After setup, save your personal app link to your phone home screen for easy access. A Google account and an internet connection are required.
- 01
Make your own copy
Copy the supplied clean data template into your Google account. Keep sharing set to Restricted.
- 02
Connect it once
Paste your copy’s link into ShiftFlow’s setup screen. The app checks whether your signed-in account can open it.
- 03
Add ShiftFlow to your home screen
Open your personal app link on your phone, confirm your shifts load, then add it to your home screen. Use that ShiftFlow icon for everyday access.
Put ShiftFlow on your phone
Save the personal app link generated during setup, rather than this information website or the spreadsheet.
iPhone: add a home-screen icon
Open your personal ShiftFlow link in Safari and sign into the Google account that owns your data copy. Once the app loads, open Share, choose Add to Home Screen, name it ShiftFlow and tap Add. Reopen the icon and check your data loads. Safari may offer an Open as Web App option; this mode still needs release testing with Google sign-in.
Android: add a home-screen shortcut
Open your personal ShiftFlow link in Chrome and confirm the app loads. Open the three-dot menu and choose Add to home screen, then Create shortcut if offered. Name it ShiftFlow and tap Add. Reopen the icon and check your data loads. Menu wording varies by device.
Phone and home-screen sign-in testing is still in progress before sale. A shortcut does not provide offline access or remove Google sign-in.
A few things to know
What do the earnings figures mean?
Expected earnings are estimates based on the paid hours and rate you enter. ShiftFlow does not calculate tax, deductions, overtime rules or your actual payslip. This edition displays pounds sterling.
Where does my data live?
Your selected data file lives in your Google account. The app runs with the signed-in visitor’s Google permissions. Keep the file Restricted. Google authorisation requests Google Sheets access; read the privacy information for the scope and its limits.
Does it work offline?
No. ShiftFlow is a browser app and needs an internet connection and Google sign-in. iPhone Safari and home-screen shortcut checks remain part of release testing.
When can I buy it?
Sales are not open yet. Customer setup, Google publishing approval and final device checks are still being completed. No price or release date has been announced.
